Personal Touch Balloons was born from an idea I had in 2016. It all started when I was looking for personalised balloons for my daughters' birthdays, without knowing if such a thing even existed. Being unable to find what I was looking for, I decided to have a go at making my own. And so, the idea developed into what you see here today. A home-run family business, Personal Touch Balloons offers bespoke, hand decorated balloons for all ages, themes and occasions - there is no limit.
